We are wired for connection. It is biological and innate. When we feel disconnected, from ourselves and one another, a sense of despair and hopelessness comes over us. A safe environment is created in my office and weekend retreats for couples and individuals to become connected to themselves, their partner and the world around them.
My philosophy is aligned with the Imago concepts and theory: that our journey is to seek wholeness; and crisis and conflict are merely opportunities for growth and healing. Using this model and other attachment oriented models, I am able to provide insight and hope to my clients moving them beyond their hurts and frustrations and arriving at a place of more freedom and happiness.
My own journey to wholeness is a story of love. Finding Imago Relationship Therapy
in 2005 through my own trials and tribulations of being in relationship, my husband, Robert and I use the Imago processes and dialogue on a consistent basis. We continue to enhance our relationship, maximizing its full potential. Our love of the outdoors and the natural environment has us live in Calgary
close to the Rocky Mountains.
